As contracted consultants we helped drive the culture change project; implementing a new system, developed new roles, methods and processes, and created concepts and content for leaders and team members.

Nominated for the Brittish Learning Awards as one of the most succesful transformation project of the year (2019). IMD Business School in Lausanne is doing a case study on the work.
