When we started the project with ICA, the big question was "How do we go from talking about Learning strategy to actually get people to start learning everyday, and create that kind of internal culture?". So instead of telling people how to think, we created a go-to-place and learning tools for starting to do. It created a movement that made an everyday learning culture come alive.

THE MISSON

Inspire the organisation to become everyday modern learners. Make learnability happen everyday.

COLLABORATION

Strategy and learning concept. Creating and designing a learning platform in Office 365. Content and digital/physical campaign to inspire, motivate and give employees to do-tasks in their everyday work.

CHANGE

Huge impact and recognition inside and outside the organisation. High reach and users in platform. Won the “Best HR Learning Team” pushing innovative solutions at the Human Growth Awards 2019.
